From Marsa Alam: Luxor Highlights & Hot Air Balloon Ride

Enjoy a whole new journey of an over-night trip in 3-star hotel where you have the chance to explore new city in Egypt that you shouldn’t miss and also experiencing a whole new adventure of hot air balloon ride that you should try once in lifetime specially in Luxor, Egypt.

Get your back-pack ready as our driver will pick-you up from your accommodation to start your road trip to Luxor of 5 hours duration in a new model A/C vehicle. Explore the deserts and the roads while traveling to Luxor and you can ask your driver to stop at any stop to go for quick snacks.

Once you arrive in Luxor, you will check-in your hotel and have the rest of the night to rest or have a walk through the city as you prefer. Set your alarm as you will be waking up early in the morning to have your breakfast in the hotel before you start your hot air balloon ride tour. Our representative will be waiting for you in the reception to pick you up and transport you to air balloon Take-off area. You will be crossing the Nile River to the west Bank in a motor boat where you will enjoy a refreshment breakfast (Tea, Coffee, Cake), then having your last bus ride to hot air balloon Take-off area.

Enjoy the stunning view of all hot air balloons lighting up and inflating from the ground with effect of hot air inside them from the burner. Our team will help you to escort the basket then you will be briefed from your balloon pilot with your safety instructions.

Experience the feeling of leaving the ground and getting lift up high in the sky to explore the city from the top in a calm weather and silence that you were wishing for a long time. Your hot air balloon pilot will show you the ancient places around you once you are up. Also you can see the farmers’ life from there while working on their harvest and their animals around them. Enjoy the smooth landing at the end of your balloon ride while having the ground crew team around you to make sure every one is safe and help you to climb out of the basket.

After you finish the ballooning you will start the other part of your tour of doing Luxor visits:
The West Bank visits of : Valley of The Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon and having lunch after in a local restaurant beside the Nile river (Open Buffet). After you will go to your hotel for final check-out, then your tour guide and driver will pick you again to do the East Bank visits: Karnak Temple, then your driver will transport you back again to your accommodation in Marsa Alam

Through this tour, we are flexible with you if you want to skip a visit or reschedule any of them through your stay in Luxor.

• Flights leave early every day of the year, seven days a week.
• All of our passengers are covered by the most comprehensive insurance coverage available.
• Long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and comfortable shoes are all recommended.
• PPL and CPL licensed pilots with over 1000 hours of flying time.
• We are unable to fly guests who are pregnant or have just undergone significant surgery.

• Hot Air Balloon flights may be cancelled after you start your tour because of bad weather from Luxor airport ( Low Probability)
  If this happened:
  1- you can ask for partial refund of balloon cost
  2- we can try to reschedule for another ride the next day but you will have to pay for extra night in the hotel and the car

  -Make sure to pack your bag for necessary stuff.

• If the weather does not permit, flights and reservations will be rescheduled for the following morning. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule your balloon flight on the first available morning in Luxor.
• You will receive a full refund if you do not have an additional day to take advantage of a postponed flight.
